I took over a stalled flagship project just four months before a fixed launch date. By restructuring the work into an embedded delivery model, I shipped on time and transformed the loyalty program into a mobility super app, hitting #1 in the UAE App Store and was recognized as the Best Loyalty Program in the Retail Fuel Sector 2024.

THE ARCHITECTConcept to production testing: architecting a 14-service AI super app.
I took ownership of the product blueprint for MAF and I.AM+'s first AI super app, reduced a 30-feature wishlist to a controlled MVP, repositioned the app as a channel for business units rather than a competing destination, and designed the integration layers to connect 14 services under one account, wallet, loyalty system, and AI experience. Within six months, the platform went from concept to production testing.

THE BUILDERBuilding a B2B GenAI risk platform from concept to live.
I developed a geopolitical risk intelligence platform for institutional investors as a solo project and portfolio investment. It covers 168 countries, with special focus on the MENA and GCC markets. It uses a multi-stage AI pipeline with Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT working together in an LLM Council architecture. With self-maintained data sources, and an independent verification and evaluation of the information before publication.
